Transparency International has released its Corruption Perception Index 2013, a global ranking of countries based on how corrupt their government is perceived to be. The index rates countries on a scale of 0 to 100, where 0 is perceived as highly corrupt and 100 is least corrupt. Here are the 10 countries perceived to be the most corrupt.
