Yahoo Finance Kelsey Grammer selling Manhattan condo for $9.75 million
"Frasier" star Kelsey Grammer has put his Manhattan condo on the market for $9.75 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Grammer originally purchased the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom property six years ago for $6.4 million.
The luxurious condo offers spectacular views of the Hudson River and plenty of open space (3,076 square feet) -- for Manhattan.
