According to TMZ, Swift is living in this huge, four-storey New York townhouse while she's renovating her own $20 million apartment. The home, built in 1899, is 5,400 square feet, has three fireplaces, an indoor pool, elevator, and a private garage.

$40,000 a month for rent is an eye-popping amount, but we're pretty sure Swift can afford it; she was the top-earning musician of 2015 when she earned $73.5 million.
