Faith HIll and Tim McGraw selling two Tennessee farms for a combined $18,500,000

The country music power couple has been trying for years to sell their 750-plus acre farm in Franklin, Tennessee with no luck. So they did what anyone would do -- they divided it into two and now both pieces are for sale!
One, for a cool $10,000,000, is just over 350 acres and features a log home built in 1800. The second, for $8,500,000, sits on 268 acres and features a pre-Civil War historic home called Beechwood Hall.
