Some of the model's first red carpet moments were alongside her actor father.

Though Barrymore once called her father a "wild card," in the same Instagram post she touted his "gifts," as well.

The actress remembered her father on what would have been his 96th birthday with a throwback photo of them together from her baby days.

"I'm in the land of his ancestors and I see him everywhere in the beautiful dark-haired, blue-eyed men and women that I work with and see everywhere," she wrote on Instagram. "The joke on the movie that I'm shooting is that as a child I always looked stunned… Tony loved to laugh. We had one for you today dad!
