What a $1 million home looks like in Canada this week - Feb. 1 edition

If you’re looking to sell a home in Toronto right now, you may be in for a wait – January home sales have slowed considerably and left a lot of sellers sitting on the market for longer than usual. Home prices remain high, however, so if you’re waiting for the housing bubble to burst, get comfy.

Maybe Vancouver is better, you think. Well, the city just ranked third out of 293 cities across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, China, Ireland, New Zealand, Japan and Singapore when it comes to housing unaffordability. You be the judge.

This week, we look at million-dollar homes in Toronto, Vancouver, and Edmonton. Which would you choose?
