West London is set to get a new highest rooftop bar, at the newly opened Paddington Square development next to the entrance to Paddington Station.

The 14-storey retail and office building opened last week, and today announced more details of its incoming tenants.

Food halls provider Market Halls - which operates sites on Oxford Street and in Victoria already - is set to move in, alongside Russell & Bromley and Crew Clothing Company.

The 14th-floor rooftop bar and restaurant operator hasn’t been named yet, but it’s set to open in 2025.  The roof offers views over Hyde Park and across London, from Wembley to Canary Wharf.

The site also includes a new entrance to the Bakerloo line and a public piazza.

Justin Brand, asset director at developer Hotel Properties Limited property, said:”: "170 years after the opening of Isambard Kingdom Brunel’s Paddington Station, Paddington Square creates an internationally excellent new contemporary destination for West London that will

also welcome the millions of travellers who leave Paddington Station every year.

“The opening of Paddington Square extends the regeneration of Paddington right up to the station’s main entrance. It provides local people, office workers and the staff at St Mary’s Hospital with a new place to shop, eat, drink and entertain. The public piazza will become a vibrant meeting point and through the public art programme enable visitors and travellers to enjoy work by internationally renowned and emerging UK-based artists.

“With the opening of Wahaca, Kate Spade, and Gail’s, as well as the other highprofile brands set to follow over the summer, Paddington Square is poised to redefine West London’s retail and dining. We look forward to welcoming everyone to discover our new vibrant evolving development as we deliver many new experiences.”
