Nominations are submitted by area coaches or taken from stats reported to the Idaho Statesman.

FOOTBALL

Atonio Fifita, Skyview: Ran for 212 yards and a touchdown, caught two passes for 46 yards and made four tackles in a 38-31 loss to Timberline.

Ry Fullerton, Emmett: Ran for 100 yards on five carries and made eight tackles, broke up one pass and recovered a fumble on defense in the Huskies’ 35-12 win against Columbia to clinch the 4A SIC title.

Moises Perez, Wilder: Turned six carries into 181 yards and a touchdown, and he racked up 14 tackles and a fumble recovery in the Wildcats’ 42-20 win vs. Idaho City.

Art Williams, Rocky Mountain: Ran for 142 yards and a touchdown, and added 38 yards on five catches, to lead the Grizzlies to a 24-21 win over Meridian to clinch the 5A SIC River Division crown.

Jaxon Dines, Homedale: Ran for 136 yards and a TD to lead the Trojans to their fourth straight 3A SRV title and their 19th straight conference win in a 14-6 victory against Weiser.

Parker Rushton, Borah: Turned 40 carries into 183 yards and a touchdown in the Lions’ 24-19 win over rival Capital.

Matt Irwin, Owyhee: Scored the game-winning touchdown with 23 seconds left to lead the Storm to their first varsity win, a 23-20 victory against Boise.

Dawson Wahl, Mountain View: Threw for 248 yards and five TDs to lead the Mavericks to a 48-8 rout of Kuna.

Wade Zenner, Timberline: Threw for 253 yards and four TDs in the Wolves’ 38-31 win over Skyview.

Lance Hanna, Nampa: Kicked a game-winning, 49-yard field goal as time expired to clinch the Bulldogs a playoff berth with a 52-50 win against Middleton.

Seth Knothe, Bishop Kelly: Ran for 220 yards and two TDs on 23 carries in the Knights’ 35-20 win vs. Vallivue.

Landon Cheney, Nampa Christian: Finished 10-of-17 for 244 yards and five TDs in the Trojans’ 40-20 victory against Melba.

Carter Woodland, Notus: Ran for 236 yards and four TDs on 14 carries in the Pirates’ 62-22 win over Rimrock. He added 175 on kick and punt returns.

Colten Meyer, Horseshoe Bend: Racked up 345 total yards and eight touchdowns in the Mustangs’ 72-20 win over rival Garden Valley.

VOLLEYBALL

Sam Graham, Parma: Finished the week with 36 kills and 30 digs in three matches to clinch the Panthers a berth at the 3A state tournament.

Carissa Smith, Ambrose: Tallied 25 kills, five aces, 23 assists and 35 digs in back-to-back matches against New Plymouth.

Myah Gibb, Fruitland: The senior led the Grizzlies to a perfect finish to their conference schedule and a state tournament berth with 40 kills, seven aces, 32 digs and 12 blocks in three matches.

Mikale Roy, Owyhee: Racked up 23 kills, 30 digs and five blocks in sweeps of Capital and Kuna.

Audrah Radford, Nampa: Tallied 55 kills and 21 digs in wins over Emmett and Caldwell.

Jacy Parker, Homedale: Had 12 kills, three aces, 53 assists and five blocks in a five-set win against McCall-Donnelly.

Annelie Wilson, Horseshoe Bend: Racked up 38 kills in sweeps of Cascade and Garden Valley.

Hope Miller, Greenleaf: Tallied 11 aces, six kills and five digs in a sweep of Rimrock.

GIRLS SOCCER

Abbi Roubidoux, Fruitland: Scored seven goals in two district tournament games to lead the Grizzlies to their first district title since 2009. She has 67 goals this season.

Nadia Kincaid, Rocky Mountain: Scored twice in both the district semifinals and finals to lead the Grizzlies to a 5A district championship.

Gracie Rhodes, Bishop Kelly: Scored the game-winning goal in double overtime to clinch the Knights a spot at the 4A state tournament with a 2-1 win over Middleton.

Chloe Sams, Caldwell: Scored a game-winning goal in overtime to lead the Cougars to a 1-0 win over Columbia in the 4A district third-place game. Caldwell later qualified for a state via a play-in game for the first time since 2003.

Casey Southard, Eagle: Made eight saves to post a shutout in a 4-0 win vs. Mountain View to send the Mustangs to the 5A state play-in game.

BOYS SOCCER

Joe Woodley, Boise: Scored the golden goal to lead Boise to a 1-0, overtime win over Timberline for the 5A district title.

Jaden Pineda, Caldwell: His highlight-reel bicycle kick spurred Caldwell to a comeback en route to winning the 4A district title 3-3 (7-6 PKs) over Bishop Kelly.

Ethan Christopherson, Centennial: Recorded a hat trick in a 5-0 win vs. Capital in a 5A district tournament elimination game.

Jaime Gaona, Columbia: Netted four goals in a 5-3 victory over Ridgevue in a 4A district tournament elimination game.

Ethan Cutler, Eagle: Recorded a hat trick in a 4-1 win vs. Centennial to send the Mustangs to the state play-in game.

CROSS COUNTRY

Grady Mylander, Nampa Christian: Won the boys race at the Winston Tilzey Invite at 14:59, the best time for any boy in Idaho this season.

Emma Hillam, Fruitland: Finished first in the girls race at Winston Tilzey at 18:08, her fourth first-place finish this season.

Brighton Heywood, Rocky Mountain: Won the girls race at the Bug Town Invite at 18:51.60 to lead the Grizzlies to the team title.

Kaden Helder, Boise: Finished first in the boys race at the Boise City Meet at 15:52.56, helping Boise win the team title.

Allie Bruce, Boise: Won her fourth straight individual title at the Boise City meet at 17:26.62, part of Boise’s sweep of the top five finishes.
