Teekay: 4Q Earnings Snapshot

HAMILTON, Bermuda (AP) _ Teekay Corp. (TK) on Thursday reported a fourth-quarter loss of $19.4 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

On a per-share basis, the Hamilton, Bermuda-based company said it had a loss of 19 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 3 cents per share.

The oil and gas shipping company posted revenue of $362.3 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $297.9 million.

For the year, the company reported that its loss narrowed to $82.9 million, or 82 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $1.5 billion.

The company's shares closed at $3.45. A year ago, they were trading at $3.10.
