Stocks refuse to stabilize, US looks to Senate to prevent gov't shutdown

Stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) can’t seem to stabilize for the fourth day in a row. The industrial (XLI) sector is most in the green, and the energy (XLE) sector is most in the red. Yahoo Finance’s Jared Blikre joins us live from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange to talk markets.
