Stocks under pressure after Trump doubles down on Chinese tariffs

Stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) are mixed midday after Trump reportedly eyes $60 billion in tariffs on China. The utilities (XLU) sector is most in the green, and the consumer staples (XLP) sector is most in the red.
