Announced a non-brokered private placement to its co-Founder and Executive Director, William J. Garner, M.D. The Placement consists of 11,111,111 million units at a price of $0.18 per Unit, to raise gross proceeds of approximately $2.0 million. Each Unit consists of one Common Share and one Common Share purchase warrant. Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional Common Share at a price of $0.25 per Common Share for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance. Tryp Therapeutics Inc shares C.TRYP are trading down $0.04 at $0.16.
