Has declared a dividend for the third quarter 2022 of $0.01 per common share payable on or about October 31, 2022 to shareholders of record on September 30, 2022. The ex-dividend date is September 29, 2022. This dividend is an eligible dividend for the purpose of the Income Tax Act (Canada). Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure Ltd. shares T.TWM are trading down $0.05 at $1.11.
