Intends to complete a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 4,545,454 units at a price of $0.11 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $500,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the Companyand one-halftransferable common share purchase warrant, with each Warrant exercisable into one additional Share at a price of $0.165 for a period of two years from the date of closing. Reliq also announced entry into an Advisory Agreement with Gravitas Securities Inc. Reliq Health Technologies Inc.
