Announced today that the Trustees of the REIT have declared a distribution of $0.03 per unit for the month of February 2024, representing $0.36 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on March 15, to unitholders of record as at February 29. Northwest Healthcare Properties Real Estate Investment Trust shares T.NWH.UN are trading up $0.08 at $4.33.
