Has received a no-action letter from the Competition Bureau of Canada in respect of the Company's previously announced proposed business combination pursuant to which Hut 8 and U.S. Data Mining Group, Inc. dba US Bitcoin Corp. ("USBTC") will combine in an all-stock merger of equals. Hut 8 Mining Corp. shares T.HUT are trading up $0.03 at $1.71.
