Has filed a (final) short form base shelf prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada.The shelf prospectus is valid for a 25-month period, during which HEXO may make offerings of up to $800 million of common shares, warrants, subscription receipts and units or a combination thereof of the Company from time to time, separately or together, in amounts, at prices and on terms to be determined based on market conditions at the time of the offering. HEXO Corp. shares T.HEXO are trading up $0.19 at $6.04.
