Stocks in play: Finlay Minerals Ltd.

Intends to conduct a private placement financing to raise gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000. The Private Placement will consist of: (i) up to 10,000,000 units, at a price of $0.05 per Unit, with each Unit comprising one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant and (ii) up to 6,250,000 units, at a price of $0.08 per FT Unit with each FT Unit comprising one common share of the Company which qualifies as a "flow-through share" within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and one-half of one Unit Warrant. Finlay Minerals Ltd. shares V.FYL are trading unchanged at $0.04.
