Stocks in play: Emgold Mining Corporation

Announced that it has completed the non-brokered private placement described in its news releases dated July 21 and 22, 2020. In connection with the closing of the Offering, the Company issued an aggregate of 33,334,570 units at a price of CDN$0.06 per Unit for gross proceeds of CDN$2,000,074. Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company and one whole non-transferable common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each whole Warrant is exercisable to acquire one Share at an exercise price of CDN$0.08 per Share until July 30, 2022 which is 24 months from the date of issuance. Emgold Mining Corporation shares V.EMR are trading unchanged at $0.10.
