Announced that SolGold has provided an update on the progress of the previously announced proposed acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Cornerstone other than Cornerstone Shares already held, directly or indirectly, by SolGold, pursuant to a court-approved plan of arrangement. Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc. shares V.CGP are trading up $0.07 at $4.07.
