Today released fourth-quarter and full-year results for the period ended December 29, 2018. Fourth quarter consolidated revenue of $4.1 billion, up 5.5%, up 6.5% excluding Petroleum; 2018 annual revenue of $14.1 billion, up 5.9%, up 5.1% excluding Petroleum. Consolidated comparable sales up 0.8% in the fourth quarter, and 2.2% for the full year. Fourth-quarter diluted earnings per share (EPS) was $4.78, an increase of 16.6%, normalized; full year diluted EPS was $11.95, an increase of 12.0%, normalized Canadian Tire Corporation shares T.CTC.A are trading down $3.50 at $143.51.
