Announced that it has issued a notice of partial redemption for $100 million principal amount of its outstanding 7.875% Senior Notes due 2027, which redemption will be paid using cash from its balance sheet. As set forth in the notice of partial redemption issued today in respect of the Redemption Notes, the redemption date is April 15, and the redemption price for the Redemption Notes is 100.00% of the principal amount redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest. Bombardier Inc. shares T.BBD.A are trading up $0.13 at $53.77.
