Announced it has closed the final tranche of its private placement, announced on December 14, 2023 for aggregate final tranche gross proceeds of $36,250. The final tranche closing consisted of 1,812,500 non-flow-through units at $0.02 per unit for proceeds of $36,250. Each non-flow-through unit consisted of one common share and one warrant exercisable at $0.05 for two years. BMEX Gold Inc. shares V.BMEX are trading unchanged at $0.02.
