Announce that the Company has closed a second tranche of its non-brokered financing for proceeds of $1,514,500. A third strategic investment by Crescat Capital LLC provided for nearly 50% of this financing. In addition, Crescat continues to maintain its previously secured participation rights that provide for an option to participate in all future financings. Blue Lagoon Resources Inc shares C.BLLG are trading unchanged at $0.67.
