Announces that it has closed the final tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement. Pursuant to the Final Tranche of the Private Placement, the Company has issued 1,350,000 units at a price of $0.10 per Unit for gross proceeds of $135,000. Including the first tranche of the Private Placement which completed on August 26, 2022, the Company raised total aggregate gross proceeds of $335,000. Each Unit consists of one common share and one whole Common Share purchase warrant. Each Warrant is exercisable for one additional Common Share at an exercise price of $0.20 for a period of 48 months. BioVaxys Technology Corp shares C.BIOV are trading unchanged at $0.11.
