Has closed the second and final tranche of the previously announced non-brokered private placement. Pursuant to the closing of the Second Tranche, the Company issued 9,361,158 units at a price of $0.17 per Unit for gross proceeds of $1,591,396.86. Each Unit consisted of one common share of the Company and one half (1/2) of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.30 for a period of 18 months. Balmoral Resources Ltd. shares T.BAR are trading unchanged at $0.24.
