Announced the results of its annual meeting of shareholders held on December 17, 2021, at which the shareholders approved all resolutions unanimously. A total of 42,299,301 votes were cast, representing 17.4% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company, were voted in connection with the Meeting by shareholders and proxy holders. All the resolutions, as described in the Company's proxy statement dated November 2, 2021, were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast at the Meeting. Australis Capital Inc shares C.AUSA are trading down 0.01 cent at $0.13.
