Has finalized the terms of definitive documentation for a total of approximately US$50 million in funding from Sprott Resource Streaming and Royalty Corp. and/or its affiliates and Nebari Natural Resources Credit Fund II, LP as further described in the Company’s news release dated January 22, 2024. Ascot, Sprott Streaming and Nebari have signed the definitive documentation into escrow with an anticipated effective date of February 20, 2024. Ascot Resources Ltd. shares T.AOT are trading up $0.01 at $0.54.
