Announced that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement for 12,500,000 Units at a price of $0.20, for a total equity raise of $2,500,000. Each Unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of $0.40 for a period of two years. The private placement may be closed in tranches. Finders’ fees may be paid in certain circumstances. The foregoing is subject to regulatory approval. The proceeds from the private placement will be used for the development of the Charlie Project, property costs, and general working capital. Anfield Energy Inc. shares V.AEC are trading off 2.5 cents at $0.23.
