Reports fourth-quarter and full-year 2023 financial results, reaffirms 2024 financial guidance, and provides an update on its operations and other corporate developments. Normalized EBITDA was $502 million in the fourth quarter and $1,575 million for the full year of 2023, while income before income taxes was $161 million in the fourth quarter and $912 million for the full year of 2023. Full-year normalized EBITDA was in the upper-half of the Company's 2023 guidance range of $1.5 billion - $1.6 billion and included strong performance across the Midstream platform and ongoing enterprise growth. AltaGas Ltd. shares T.ALA are trading down $0.24 at $29.33.
