Reported fourth-quarter and full-year 2022 financial results, announced closing the divestiture of the Alaskan Utilities, reaffirmed 2023 financial guidance, announced recent contract awards, and provided an update on its operations. Normalized EPS was $0.63 in the fourth quarter and $1.89 for the full year of 2022 while GAAP EPS was $0.19 in the fourth quarter and $1.42 for the full year of 2022. Full year normalized EPS increased approximately 10% year-over-year, which was above the upper-half of AltaGas' 2022 EPS guidance range of $1.80 - $1.95. AltaGas Ltd. shares T.ALA are trading down $0.76 at $22.65.
