Yahoo Finance The Starbucks PSL Is Basically Here
If you're itching for the first taste of fall, start scouring your grocery store for fall-flavored foods like pumpkin Cheerios and maple peanut butter spread. And if you're looking to get your hands on the beloved pumpkin spice latte in particular, you might want to head to the refrigerated aisle before the coffee shop. Because even though McDonald's announced the release date of its pumpkin latte, Starbucks is staying hush-hush.
According to Consumerist, the bottled pumpkin-spice frappuccino-essentially a sweetened iced coffee-will soon be arriving on store shelves. After a successful debut that was exclusive to Costco last year, the pre-packaged frapp will now be sold at grocery stores nationwide.
Plus there are three more PSL products that Starbucks is bringing to supermarkets: the highly anticipated pumpkin-spice Starbucks K cups, a pumpkin version if the Via Instant Latte mix, and a bottled iced espresso pumpkin spice latte.N
But it's still a toss-up on where you can get your fall fix first. A Starbucks spokesperson would only confirm that the grocery products would be available by September. And last year, Starbucks cafés brought back the PSL on September 8. Guess you'll have to keep your eyes peeled for pumpkins.
