When we put these pieces to the test, we found that they offered "incredible performance" for the value, and were also easy to use and offered up the perfect sear on meats. The medium-sized sauté pan could comfortably fit four chicken thighs and cooked each one evenly courtesy of the triple-ply construction, which provided great heat conductivity, while the anodized aluminum core inside meant they weren't too heavy. The large stockpot, meanwhile, was great for making soups, cooking pasta and more. The fact that all of the pots and pans, as well as their covers, are dishwasher-safe was a welcome bonus.
