Will it go round in circles? In the case of the home-flipping habits of Ellen DeGeneres, yes. DeGeneres made the market spin again with the sale of a Hollywood Hills West home that she’s now sold for a second time, the Los Angeles Times reports.

The 4,000-square-foot home features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, vaulted and wood-beam ceilings, and flagstone floors. Built in the 1950s, it underwent a full-scale makeover by renowned design firm Marmol Radziner over a decade ago. The home boasts canyon and city views, a swimming pool, and a fire pit. The open living room sports built-in bookshelves and a fireplace.

Here’s the fun part: DeGeneres sold this very same house in 2007 for $10 million, then bought it back in 2014 for $8.75 million, and sold it again this month for $9.9 million in an off-market deal. The Times says the new owner is Calvin Klein Inc. co-founder Barry Schwartz, and Variety backs up the reporting on the buyer.

The popular daytime TV host is a serial real estate flipper, having renovated and sold properties in Santa Barbara, Laurel Canyon, Malibu, and Beverly Hills. Her deals, one way or another, have involved A-listers including Brad Pitt, former Google CEO Eric Schmidt, and Ryan Seacrest.

DeGeneres, 58, is a comedian, actress, and host of her own syndicated talk show, “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” She’s married to actress Portia de Rossi.
