Safety, Driver Assistance, and Warranty
Safety, Driver Assistance, and Warranty Rating:
*Due to lack of NHTSA and IIHS crash testing.
Without crash-test data from NHTSA or the IIHS, we can't give the Range Rover Sport Supercharged a safety rating. Land Rover offers several active-safety features; despite the Sport's high price, you must pay extra for features such as lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise, and automatic high-beams.
What’s New for 2018?
No changes are in store for the Range Rover Sport Supercharged in the safety category for 2018, and crash-test ratings are still unavailable.
Crash-Test Results
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the nonprofit, independent Insurance Institute for Highway Safety(IIHS) evaluate vehicles for crashworthiness in the United States. NHTSA assigns cars an overall rating out of five stars. IIHS uses a different set of tests, grades cars on a scale of Good to Poor, and awards the vehicles that perform best across its tests with Top Safety Pick or Top Safety Pick+ honors, the latter of which requires that the subject's automated forward-collision-braking system performs well.

Warranty and Maintenance Coverage
The warranty offerings from Land Rover closely follow that of its rivals, and the standard coverage is comprehensive-if a little basic. No complimentary scheduled-maintenance plan is offered, but Land Rover dealerships can add such a policy for an additional cost.
