File this under things that will make you smile.

An 8-year-old girl named Michele from Maryland recently got the surprise of a lifetime after she dressed up in an impressive outfit as Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg for Superhero Day at her school--a handwritten note from the Notorious RBG herself.

After the third grader's mom shared a picture of her in the outfit on her Facebook page that went viral, one of Ginsburg's staff members reached out to the family for their home address. A few weeks later, a short but sweet note arrived in the mail for Michele. "You look just like me! May you continue to thrive on reading and learning," Ginsburg wrote to the child on official Supreme Court stationery before signing off with "Every good wish."

According to her mother, the elementary student was inspired to dress up as Ginsburg for her school's Spirit Week after reading I Dissent: Ruth Bader Ginsburg Makes Her Mark, a picture book that tells the story of her lifelong efforts to fight injustice and stand up for equality.
