Dubbed Villa Sorriso — "villa of smiles" — the 20,000-square-foot, limestone-clad mansion in Napa, California, was originally listed two years ago for $29.9 million and later reduced to $22.9 million.
The property has five bedrooms and 10 bathrooms as well as a caretaker's house with four more bedrooms. It also features a 12-seat home theater, three safe rooms, a billiards room, an oak-paneled library, a large swimming pool, a tennis court and gardens, according to the Times.
The price tag also includes 18 acres of vineyards, hiking and horseriding trails, mature olive trees, a spring-fed pond, and a nine-stall horse barn.
