Yahoo Finance Road Trip! Pregnant Christina Anstead and Husband Ant Test Out the Vintage Car She Bought Him
Christina Anstead and her husband Ant are road tripping through California in style!
The newlywed Flip or Flop star drove down the Pacific Coast Highway to Laguna Beach with her husband in his 1958 Porsche 356A/1600 Reutter Coupe, which she gave him for his 40th birthday, a source told PEOPLE.
Ant shared a video and a series of photos of their journey, and affectionately referred to the vehicle as their “little German lady” which they named Agnus.

“First road trip in our little German lady (we have named her Agnus) 🤗,” he wrote. “@Christinaanstead and I took the PCH to Laguna and stopped for some lunch, a stroll round town and an ice cream beach walk! The PERFECT lazy day x x 🤗🔥🔥❤️ #Luckiest”
A source told PEOPLE that Christina surprised Ant with the car on his 40th birthday because “Ant had vintage cars back in the U.K., so Christina wanted to get him something fun to drive here as well.”
She posted a picture of the gray vehicle, which she topped with a big red bow, on her Instagram story with an emoji of a wrapped present.
She also posted a sweet tribute to the Wheeler Dealers host, whom she wed in a surprise “winter wonderland” wedding in December, on Instagram.
“40 never looked so good!! 😍. @ant_anstead I love you my husband, best friend, baby daddy, 🛡⚔️, 👑, 🔥🔥 . You complete me. Happy 4️⃣0️⃣th!! Cheers to doing the next 40 together ♥️.” she wrote alongside a photo of them.
In one video, Christina, who recently announced she is expecting a child with Ant, sat in the passenger seat of the car as Ant drove with the windows down and the song “Free” by Zac Brown Band played on the radio.
The Wheeler Dealers host also shared photos of himself putting gas into the gray car underneath the hood, instead of in a typical gas tank on the side of the vehicle.
Next, Ant shared an image of their lunch with a view, which consisted of chips guacamole, and salsa as well as other Mexican dishes. Then, Anstead shared a selfie of himself and his wife in front of a colorful mural of the area’s famous coastline.
While in Laguna, the pair walked the Thousand Steps beach, and Christina showed off a photo of her growing baby bump at 17 weeks. “Thousand steps workout with the hubby,” Christina wrote on Instagram.
Christina, who is already mom to son Brayden James, 3½, and daughter Taylor Reese, 8, with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, and Ant, who is a father to son Archie, 12, and daughter Amelie, 15, with his ex Louise, announced they were expecting their first child together on March 22.

“@Ant_anstead and I are so excited to announce #babyanstead coming this September!! The kids are all so excited to meet their new sibling ♥️,” the star posted alongside a snapshot of herself holding out an ultrasound photo while hugging Ant.
Her husband wrote in a comment, “Blessed! #MiracleBaby.”

In another photo, Ant shows off another wall mural that displays a heart radiating with colorful beams that reads, “The greatest power is… simple love.”
