Kyle Lowry makes special virtual visit at children's hospital in Tampa
While Tampa, Fla. has been the temporary home for the Toronto Raptors as we approach the final stretch of the regular season, the organization continued to show support for the community as Raptors guard Kyle Lowry made a surprise virtual appearance for patients at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital.

Complete with a makeshift robot wearing his jersey, Lowry was able to interact with fans via Facetime and even strike up a conversation with a fan, who plays NBA 2K21, with the six-time All-Star as his preferred choice.
Despite being called “just okay” in the video game, the 35-year-old guard seemed to take it in stride and couldn’t help but joke around in typical Lowry fashion.
“I’ll take it, I’ll take ‘just okay,’” Lowry said. “Listen, If you won a couple games, I’m taking all the credit but if you lose any games then blame it on Freddy [VanVleet], Pascal [Siakam], OG [Anunoby], and all the other guys. Blame it on everyone but me.”
You are all heart! Thank you @Klow7 for being such a REAL person. You’re always going to be my hero, leading by example ♥️

Lowry made sure to show his and the team’s appreciation to the staff and frontline workers at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital for making the visits happen.
“Thank you, Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. We appreciate you for letting us come through, letting myself come through and my robot,” he said. “We appreciate all the visits we had and the great nurses. Thank you guys again.”
He's the best ❤️

This season may be approaching its inevitable end, but as the above fan stated, it's time to build the Kyle Lowry statue.
