Radius Gold Inc. (V.RDU) hit a new 52-week high of 29 cents Wednesday. Radius Gold announces that it proposes, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, to issue 500,000 common shares of the Company to Bruce Smith in part consideration for his ongoing leadership as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. The common shares will be issued at a deemed price of $0.24 per share, for a total deemed value of $120,000.

NG Energy International Corp. (V.GASX) hit a new 52-week high of $1.32 Wednesday. NG Energy announced the completion of the third Drill Stem Test at the Aruchara-3 well in the recently identified H4 Zone of the Jimol Medium Formation. DST-3 was conducted over a 42-hour period including 28-hour after flowing period, testing up to 25 MMscf/d at a 1.5" choke.
