KITCISAKIK, QC, May 23, 2023 /CNW/ - Regis Penosway, Chief of the Kitcisakik Council, and the Honourable Marc Miller, Minister of Crown–Indigenous Relations, will sign a Framework Agreement to advance the self-determination of Kitcisakik members.

A protocol ceremony will be held, followed by a media availability.

Media will be able to follow the dignitaries during their visit to the community, but no interviews will be possible with the Chief Regis Penosway and the Kitcisakik Council at this time.

Members of the media may attend the event in person. Virtual participation is not available.
