PUBLIC NOTICE - Alternating lane closure on Chaudière Crossing

GATINEAU, QC, June 19, 2024 /CNW/ - Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) wishes to advise users that there will be an alternating lane closure on the Chaudière Crossing for repair work during the following periods:

Chaudière Crossing (CNW Group/Public Services and Procurement Canada)
  • Wednesday, June 26, to Thursday, June 27, from 8 pm to 4 am

  • Thursday, June 27, to Friday, June 28, from 8 pm to 4 am

During these periods, only 1 lane will be open to traffic in alternating directions. Road signage will be in place, and flag persons will direct traffic. Motorists can expect delays.

The sidewalk will remain accessible. Cyclists are encouraged to dismount their bicycles when crossing the bridge.
