Primeline Energy Holdings Inc. ("Primeline" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: PEH) announces that it has appointed Stuart Joyner as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.
Mr. Joyner joined Primeline from AIM listed Sound Oil where he held the CFO position since July 2013. He will be based in London and replaces John Li who has been acting as interim CFO.
Stuart has 20 years' experience in the oil and gas sector, 18 years of which were in investment banking and capital markets. He headed sector coverage for Investec and Credit Suisse and previously worked with Morgan Stanley, Dresdner Kleinwort and NatWest Securities.
