Trillion (CSE:TCF) reports significant increase to SASB reserves, $15M debenture offering
Trillion Energy (TCF) is reporting a significant increase to its SASB gas reserves in Turkey. Net present value of proved and probable natural gas reserves (NPV10%) increased to US$548 million net to Trillion, up from US$426 million (yearn-end 2022), a 29 per cent increase. The company will also undertake a C$15 million private placement of convertible debentures led by Eight Capital to further develop its Turkish assets. G Mining Ventures (GMIN) has drawn US$91 million on its US$250 million gold stream with Franco-Nevada (FNV). It will allocate the funds to continue development and construction of its 100-per-cent owned Tocantinzinho Gold Project in Brazil, where production is slated for 2024. The company has also commenced drawing on its US$40 million equipment financing facility with Caterpillar Financial Services. Geologica (GRCM) is sharing geophysical and cumulative results of its multi-year geochem survey at Topley. The geochem survey on the B.C. property yielded multiple copper and gold anomalies, as well as multiple kilometer-scale redox zones and volcanic massive sulfide targets. Global Hemp (CSE:GHG) makes final payment to license natural cancer treatments
Global Hemp (GHG) has made the final US$150,000 payment to exclusively license Apollon Formularies patents and IP. Apollon is a U.K.-based international pharmaceutical company developing cancer treatments from natural biologics. Global Hemp is in discussions with potential partners in the U.S. and Canada to sublicense the IP. CEO Stephen Barnhill spoke with Brieanna McCutcheon about the news.
