Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang tipped to leave Arsenal due to Mikel Arteta’s tactics

Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been tipped to leave the club next summer if Mikel Arteta's tactics don't change.

Aubameyang was instrumental for the Gunners' FA Cup win last season as Arteta won his first trophy as manager, following up soon after with the Community Shield.

However, the striker is without a goal from open play since the opening day of the season and is yet to score at the Emirates Stadium as Arsenal record their worst ever start to a Premier League season.

Paul Ince is concerned about Aubameyang's happiness, despite signing a three-year extension over the summer, with Arteta's tactics stiffling his attacking output.

"Aubameyang for me is a worry,” Ince told DAZN.

"He looks frustrated. He looks like he's not getting enough service. If he doesn't get service – even though he signed a three-year contract – I can't see him being there next year.

"I really, really can't. I don't care [if he's signed a new deal]. It looks like he's got that sort of body language that he's just not happy. It doesn't look right."
