PopCorners

Brian Cranston and Aaron Paul reprise their roles as Walter White and Jesse Pinkman in this commercial for PopCorners. Instead of making, ahem, his signature recipe, Walter White cooks up PopCorners, which Jesse can't get enough of. Looking for a distributor, Jesse and Walter meet up with Tuco, one of the series' signature antagonists. The commercial is directed and written by series creator Vince Gilligan, which goes a long way in making it feel like the Breaking Bad we all know and love.

Doritos

Missy Elliot, Jack Harlow and...Elton John? It's a combination just crazy enough to work. At least in a commercial, anyway. In Dorito's Super Bowl ad promoting a new barbecue flavor, rap star Jack Harlow decides he wants to try something new and a member of his entourage, while eating a Dorito, gives him the inspiration he needs—the musical triangle. Missy asks him if he's going to give up rap for the triangle and the answer is yes, and to great success. Harlow becomes a triangle-playing sensation, so massive that the triangle apparently replaces the British pound. Unfortunately, the end of the commercial reveals that the award for Triangle Player of the Year isn't his to claim, but rather Elton John's.

Heinz

In this hilarious commercial by Heinz, the company pokes fun at the fact that few people know how to read Roman numerals. Various people are asked to read the number of the current Super Bowl "LVII" to little success. Many exasperatedly want the Super Bowl to "just say 57," leading to a link to vote on the screen to end the use of Roman numerals. Plus, it comes with the chance to win a limited-edition ketchup bottle. It's a win for everyone. Well, except for Roman numeral enthusiasts.

Heineken

Marvel Studios and Heineken teamed up for a commercial promoting both Heineken's 0.0, non-alcoholic beer and the upcoming Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantamania movie. In the short commercial Scott "Ant-Man" Lang, played by Paul Rudd, enjoys an alcohol-free cold one before a mission, believing he's being admonished by one of his ant sidekicks, Antoine. While the movie is heading to theaters this Friday, it should be on Disney Plus in just a few months.

Squarespace

Squarespace aired a truly bizarre ad for the Super Bowl, and the strangest ads are oftentimes the most memorable. In it, actor Adam Driver ponders the fact that Squarespace is a website for making websites. After walking in the desert, Driver remarks that Squarespace could theoretically make itself. The revelation creates a singularity in which many Adam Drivers appear and get sucked into a void.

Planters peanuts

Planters' Mr. Peanut is no stranger to wild Super Bowl commercials—just a few years ago, the iconic mascot was apparently killed off. Thankfully for the peanut, this year's commercial is decidedly tamer. It consists of various comedians roasting the mascot. Mr. Peanut calls it "brutal" and there's even an extended, 11-minute roast on YouTube. The commercial advertised the roasted version of Planters' peanuts, which makes the whole ordeal deliciously punny.

M&Ms

For M&M's Super Bowl commercial, Maya Rudolph continues to push her version of the candy, named "Ma&Ya's." The candy features Rudolph's face on the reverse side and either "Ma" or "Ya" on the front, replacing the "M." Most disturbingly, the candy is comprised of chocolate-covered clams, shells and all. The actors who eat the candy for the commercial are less than enthused with the taste, despite their best efforts and the cheery song that accompanies it. As many predicted, the famous M&M spokescandies weren't away for long, as a brief "press conference" was released after the game confirming their return.

Avocadoes from Mexico

In this hilarious commercial titled "Make It Better" by Avocados from Mexico, the company posits that if Eve, played by Anna Faris, were to take a bite out of an avocado during her time in Eden, the world would be a much different and better place. In this reimagined world, people are loving towards one another, "The Big Apple" becomes "The Big Avocado" and the tech company is "Avocado" instead of "Apple." Oh, and did we mention everyone is naked? This includes the Statue of Liberty, prompting Eve to remark, "Now that's a tourist attraction."

Tubi

In a surprisingly terrifying commercial from Tubi, people are abducted by giant rabbits. More and more people are dragged and carried away, culminating in the abducted people being tossed down rabbit holes where various clips from Tubi shows are playing. "Find a rabbit hole you didn't know you were looking for," the commercial boldly states. The people look happy enough at the outcome, but we could personally do without weird rabbit abduction.

Farmer’s Dog

This commercial for Farmer's Dog dog food is decidedly cuter than rabbit captors and won the hearts of many who watched. The premise is simple, showing a woman growing up alongside her dog. Even when the two are apart, their bond remains. The dog remains with the woman even after she goes to college, gets married and has a child. At the end of the commercial, we see their friendship through the dog's eyes. It's a commercial that earned quite a few tears.

Dunkin Donuts

Given how memetic Ben Affleck's grumpy looks have become, it's nice to see the actor enjoying himself in this commercial for Dunkin Donuts as he works at the store. Known for his personal passion for Dunkin Donuts iced coffee, he certainly is enthusiastic about the job here as he tries to convince customers to "sweeten their life up" with sweeteners. Many of the customers are shell-shocked upon realizing that they're talking to Ben Affleck. One person who is nonplussed about his new gig, however, is his wife, Jennifer Lopez, who asks, "Is this what you do when you say you're going to work all day?"

Pepsi Zero Sugar

In a series of commercials by Ben Stiller and Steve Martin to promote Pepsi Zero Sugar, the actors state that their job is to make their emotions believable in their work, whether that's pain or disappointment. In Ben Stiller's commercial, he even spoofs his starring role in the popular Zoolander films. Each commercial ends with one of the actors loving the taste of Pepsi Zero Sugar...although, as they say, they could just be acting. The only way to find out is to try the drink for yourself.

Paramount Plus

In claiming that it has “a mountain of entertainment,” Paramount Plus used its Super Bowl commercial to show just how much entertainment the platform really has by showing all of the properties that Paramount owns. In this hilarious crossover, we see the likes of Star Trek's Captain Pike, Beavis and Butthead and Dora the Explorer, to name a few. The star of the commercial, though, is Sylvester Stallone, or rather his talking face which appears as a mountain. Somehow. To take it a step further, in a confusing but funny way, Sylvester Stallone scales the mountain that is his own mountain face.

T-Mobile

At first, T-Mobile's musical commercial, one of several that the company aired this Super Bowl season, might not seem particularly noteworthy, but if you're a fan of the 1971 Grease movie, you'll absolutely love it. The film's lead actor, John Travolta, sings a song in the melody of "Summer Nights" about the benefits of T-Mobile's 5G home internet alongside Scrubs actors Donald Faison and Zach Braff. It's a very silly and cute commercial that took nostalgia to a whole new level.

Pringles

It happens to the best of us—you're trying to get that last Pringle and you end up with half of your forearm stuck in the can. When this happens to a young man at a party, his grandfather assures him that it happens to everyone, including surgeons, judges, airport ground crewmen and, inexplicably, the man's unborn cousin, as shown via an ultrasound picture, much to his confusion. Oh, the things people will do for the last Pringle.

Downy Unstopables

Danny McBride is no more. After 12 weeks of freshness, the man who emerges from a hoodie is Downy McBride. Armed with Downy Unstopables, he takes to the streets in a golf cart while DMX's "What's My Name" plays. He tosses bottles of Downy’s laundry scent boosters to people in the neighborhood to make sure everyone gets a whiff of the wonderful scent.

Uber One

A representative from Uber approaches rapper and producer Diddy to make a jingle for Uber One—sorry, a "hit single." What follows is a nostalgia-fueled blast from the past as various performers get in the booth to pitch Uber-centric spins on their hit songs to convince Diddy. Montell Jordan sings "This is How We Do It," Donna Lewis sings "I Love You Always Forever" and Kelis raps "Milkshake." Ylvis even joins to sing "What Does the Fox Say?" The singer that wins praise from Diddy and his posse is Haddaway with a variation of "What is Love?"
