One of Bellingham’s bowling alleys is on the market for nearly $5 million, including land

Park Bowl and Splitz Grille, one of Bellingham’s two bowling alleys, has been listed for sale by its owner.

The bowling alley and restaurant were listed on Craigslist on Monday, July 29 for $4,799,888. It’s also listed for sale at loopnet.com.

The sale includes the 27,500 square foot building and two parcels of commercially zoned land — a 0.92-acre parcel and the 1.85-acre parcel with the bowling alley, commercial kitchen and arcade.

“Located in proven location ideal for growth. Don’t miss your opportunity to own and run this awesome business at a great location,” the listing reads.

The restaurant and bar has a full commercial kitchen and serves a variety of menu items, such as burgers, sandwiches, fish and chips, pizzas and salads.

If the business closed, the only bowling alley in Bellingham would be 20th Century Bowl at 1411 State St.
