Nighthawk Gold Corp. to Present at Virtual Investor Day V - December 6 - 8 2021

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - December 1, 2021) - Nighthawk Gold Corp. (TSX: NHK) (OTCQX: MIMZF) ("Nighthawk" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company will be presenting at Virtual Investor Day V ("VID V") sponsored by Laurentian Bank Securities.

Mr. Keyvan Salehi, President & CEO will provide an update on the Company's successful 2021 exploration program and will discuss key milestones anticipated in 2022, at 2:00 PM ET, Tuesday, December 7, 2021.

VID V provides a unique and completely interactive experience for feature companies and participants. Feature companies will have 30 minutes to outline their investment opportunity, while stakeholders and the audience will be invited to engage via live commentary, direct Q&A with management, polls, and other interactive tools during each presentation.

About Nighthawk
Nighthawk is a Canadian-based gold exploration company with 100% ownership of a district-scale land position within the Indin Lake Greenstone Belt, located approximately 200km north of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada. Within this largely under explored Archean gold camp, the Company has identified a number of high-priority targets all centered around a growing deposit.
