The uber-pricey Palm Beach, FL, enclave is called “Billionaires Row” for a very good reason. This week’s most expensive new listings on realtor.com® are next door to each other in this posh locale. Talk about an exclusive neighborhood!

Just don’t expect any kind of 2-for-1 discount. “They’re incredible,” says listing broker Lawrence Moens, who represents both properties. “There’s nothing like this, not in the state of Florida.”

The property at 1330 S. Ocean Blvd. clocks in at $39,500,000, which seems like a sweet deal compared with 1340 S. Ocean Blvd., which tips the scale at $42,500,000.
