As evidenced by her thirst trap going absolutely bonkers viral last summer, we can all agree that Martha Stewart looks AMAZING. And because we're already conditioned to want to know what she thinks about pretty much everything, that means we were doubly here for finding out some of her health and wellness tips.

In a recent interview with CNBC, Queen Martha shared the ingredients she uses for her daily morning green juice, which includes some "strong lettuces" and other delicious additions.

"I drink green juice every morning. I have a vegetable greenhouse where I grow my spinach, my celery and my parsley," she shared: "Even arugula goes into the green juice and other certain kinds of strong lettuces. And then I buy organic cucumbers. Pomegranate juice goes in there, too."

Martha said that the juice is an "essential" part of her diet and credits it with helping her with her hair and also with anti-aging, a term she isn't actually a fan of: "I say successful aging," she added.

The interview touched on all sorts of other fun topics including her new pet CBD line with Canopy Animal Health (she already has one for humans, BTW!), the fact that she's building a new house, and how she feels after getting the COVID-19 vaccine (she feels great, thanks for asking!). But personally, I have to share her quote about mediation, which I agree with on a spiritual level: "Do you think a hyper person like I can meditate? No, I’m not good at that, but I do like yoga." Yep! You can read the full interview here.
